Foods that ACTUALLY make you Happy:)))))

So, I am continually reassured why I chose the name "You Inner You" for my site. I am always learning of new and better ways to improve life through health and happiness. I have read this before and came across it again today; a list of foods that scientifically make you happy. So, for all you Scientists out there who need the facts then here is a list: almost all types of fish and nuts, turkey, asparagus, sunflower seeds, cottage cheese, pineapple, tofu, spinach, bananas and lobster. These are all high in triptophan, an amino acid that converts into serotonin. And we all know what serotonin does for us!

Also note that fresh fish releases "Happy" chemicals as well as they contain high Omega-3 levels which are vitally important for a healthy diet.

Just for thought....Ever notice how angry a German appears as the consumption of fresh fish is very low in their country where as a Japanese is very happy and energetic as there is a sushi bar found on nearly every street corner. Make sense? I thought so! Sorry to my Germans, but it is the truth;)
